CenterLink: The Community of LGBT Centers was founded in 1994 as an alliance to promote and maintain LGBTQ+ community centers.

Compass LGBTQ Community Center is located in Downtown Lake Worth, FL and provides a safe meeting place for LGBTQ+ youth and adults in the Palm Beach County.

LGBT National Help Center is a great resource for people identifying all across the LGBTQ+ spectrum. This site includes information on everything from support to education to community organizing. One of the center’s best resources is its online peer-support chat room. Chats are open Monday thru Friday from 4pm to midnight EST and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Trans Lifeline 877-565-8860 is a crisis support line staffed by transgender volunteers offering support for transgender people. Available 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. EST. Volunteers may be available during off hours.

The Trevor Project – Call 1-866-488-7386, Text “START” to 678-678 – American crisis support and suicide prevention for LGBT youth ages 13-24 that is available 24/7. Online chat is also available.

Palm Beach County Human Rights Council seeks to end discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
